My blogroll reflects many of my daily interests: staying politically active, reading a lot of media, researching family histories, listening to good music, seeing good films. What isn't reflected there is enjoying great food, and traveling to beautiful places, mainly along the Southeastern coast. Having grown up breathing salt air but living my adult life distant from it, I try as often as possible to get back to it, as much to cleanse my soul's palate as to enjoy the beach.
